About Catherine Trahan
As an experienced Realtor who's been actively working with clients since 1997, Catherine Trahan has what it takes to advise her clients in both a buyer's and seller's market. She consults with her clients to understand their goals and objectives. As she works with both buyers and sellers, she stays focused on her clients' goals and negotiates to achieve the best outcome for them.
Catherine prides herself on customer service and works hard to maintain the best possible level of customer satisfaction. Ninety percent of Catherine's clientele comes from either repeat clients or referrals. She is supported by a team of professionals in marketing, escrow co-coordination, title, staging, administration, and more. Catherine stays in touch with her clients and serves as their Real Estate Resource.
Catherine belongs to many professional organziations including Marin Assocation of Realtors, California Assocation of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Catherine is one of the founding members of the Marin Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors and is a member of the Novato Chamber of Commerce.
